Cassie Meier

Ms. Cassie is the director of the Hip-Hop Competition Team here at G-Force, and also teaches other classes such as combo jazz/ballet, jazz dance and lyrical. She has been a teacher here at G-Force Dance Company since the studio opened in 2013. Before that, she taught at The Dance Warehouse, with Ms. Karen Martina.

Cassie is a graduate of Cypress Lake High School, where she danced under the direction of Patricia Gair and Nancy Petro. While there, she was awarded the Florida state scholarship for Artistic Merit and Leadership. She then went to the national level, where she was named second.

During high school, she was a student at Robin Dawn Academy. After graduation, Cassie was a member of Delirium Contemporary Dance Company until 2011. In 2013, she started her own dance company, Perpetual Motion Dance Company, which still actively performs throughout the community.

Cassie has taught all over the county. In 2014, she was the long term dance substitute teacher at Cypress Lake Middle School, where she oversaw the direction of the dance department. In 2015, she accepted a position as the dance instructor at Fort Myers High School, where she still teaches. In addition to FMHS, Cassie has been offered the dance director position at Lexington Middle School for the 2016/2017 school year. Recently, Ms. Cassie graduated with her B.A. in psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Her strong passion for dance and genuine love for her students make teaching feel less like a job and more like a vacation. She looks forward to working with you or your student!
